Terms of use

1. Agreement

Fullgrove is provided by Singular Intelligence (奇點智源), Taiwan. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and by these terms. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement applies to matters between you and Apple.

2. Plans and purchases

Fullgrove offers Individual (monthly or yearly) and Family (yearly) subscriptions, and a one-time Lifetime purchase during the early-bird period. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • If a plan includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Settings app under your name › Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • The Family plan and Lifetime can be shared with your Family Sharing group.

3. Lifetime (early bird)

Lifetime is a single, non-renewing purchase that unlocks the same features as the Family plan, including the shared family grove, with no subscription. It is sold only until 30 June 2027. After that date it is no longer offered, and purchases already made stay valid. “Lifetime” means for as long as Fullgrove is offered and supported on the App Store. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

4. Student pricing

Verified students can receive a one-time offer code for the first year of the Individual yearly plan at the student price. After that year, the subscription renews at the regular Individual yearly price unless you cancel. Codes are personal, single use and cannot be sold. See Students.

5. No financial or tax advice

Numbers in Fullgrove are sums and calculations of the records you import or enter. Their accuracy depends on those records. Check important figures against your statements.

Fullgrove does not give investment, lending, credit, legal or tax advice. It does not recommend buying or selling anything, and it does not produce credit scores. Card suggestions only compare cards you already hold. Accounting codes and tax summaries help you organise records for a professional or for your own filing; they are not tax advice. Assistant answers use numbers calculated from your own records.

6. Your data

Your ledger is stored on your devices, and you are responsible for keeping backups. We do not hold a copy and cannot recover data lost with a device. The privacy policy explains what leaves your device and when.

7. Using Fullgrove

  • Import only documents you are allowed to use.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services beyond what the law allows.
  • Features marked as beta may change or stop.

8. Liability

Fullgrove is provided as described in Apple's agreement. To the extent the law allows, Singular Intelligence is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using figures in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.
