Household ledger for iPhone

Your statements do the typing.

Fullgrove fills your household ledger from the card statements, receipts, e-invoices and Apple Pay taps you already have. It never logs in to your bank, and it reads everything on your iPhone.

Records you already have become the ledger

Most paid ledger apps connect to your bank. Fullgrove works from statements, notifications, receipts and invoices instead, so there is nothing to link and no password to hand over.

01

Statements, receipts and e-invoices do the typing

Share a credit card statement PDF and the whole period comes in at once. Locked PDFs open on the phone with Face ID, and a check mark shows when the total matches.

Photograph a receipt, a long one in several parts, or scan the two QR codes on a Taiwan e-invoice to read every item. Bank files in CSV, Excel, QIF, OFX, QFX, CAMT.053 and MT940 work too, as do exports from 11 other ledger apps. Set up a Shortcut once and each Apple Pay tap or bank notification is recorded.

02

Type an item and it is filed

Type “latte 65” or “lunch 180 cash” and the category appears. Change it once and Fullgrove follows your habit next time. It works from Siri, Apple Watch and widgets.

When a card notification and the statement that arrives later describe the same spend, the two become one row. Every row shows the statement, notification or receipt it came from.

03

Scheduled payments and bills

Set up rent, card bills, utilities and subscriptions once. Each appears when it is due, and the notification lets you mark it paid as usual.

A screenshot of a payment result is read for time, amount and status, then matched to the bill it paid. Fullgrove also finds bills that repeat in your records, such as electricity every two months, and turns them into scheduled payments with one tap.

04

Home inventory from what you bought

Items come from purchases already in the ledger, with the price and receipt attached. See what expires soon and what was thrown out this month, valued at what you paid.

Reminders cover water filters, detector batteries and the medicine cabinet. The shopping list shows the last price you paid. If you only want a ledger, turn inventory off in Settings.

Your ledger stays on your iPhone
